Two weeks before he was set to start, he walked away and joined Overtime as its 12th employee. The company had a few months of funding left.

Today, Sam serves as VP of Programming and Head of YouTube at Overtime.

Sam shares how $15 videos of Zion Williamson reached SportsCenter, why Overtime chose speed over production quality, and how the company grew from a social media account into a sports league.
